Job summary

Labourforce is hiring for a part-time Pick Packers role at the Marsden Park Distribution Centre. Shift runs 02:00PM to 06:00PM, with a pay rate of $42.98/hr. Responsibilities include order picking, staging, and use of RF scanners, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a clean, modern facility.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, reliable, and physically fit, capable of manual handling, and able to work well with a team in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• RF scanning experience (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking orders from high and low locations according to pick slips.
• Staging, sorting, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is maintained in safe working condition.
• Using RF scanners to locate, pick, and record inventory.
• Loading and unloading pallets or stock when required.
• Maintaining clean, organised, and hazard-free warehouse areas.
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks and ad hoc duties as directed.
