Job summary

We are a busy community pharmacy on High Street in Hastings, seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role covers weekends across five days for a total of 32 hours per week, with duties across customer service, OTC assistance, and daily operations.

You will be part of a supportive team that focuses on high-quality patient care, stock replenishment, and a clean, well-presented store environment. Previous pharmacy or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or pharmacy is preferred.
• Pharmacy Assistant or S2/S3 qualification is highly regarded.
• Comfort with computer systems and POS software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the counter.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter products and inquiries.
• Process sales through the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and keep displays neat and inviting.
• Work with pharmacists and team to support patient care and everyday operations.
