Job summary

Petbarn Hoxton Park is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves advising customers on pet wellness, stocking shelves, and coaching staff to achieve service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory assistance to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on pet wellness products.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver genuine service.
• Train and coach the store team to meet service and business objectives.
• Keep the store organised and shelves stocked; assist with sales and returns.
• Handle opening and closing duties and security tasks.
