Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates – Wentworth Point NSW
Part time Physiotherapist –Wentworth Point, NSW (Sydney Olympic Park Area)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our friendly team at Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates in the vibrant, fast-growing community of Wentworth Point (Sydney Olympic Park area).
This role is available part-time (20–24 hours per week). We are flexible with days and times, but some ability to coordinate with other team members’ schedules is appreciated.
At Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, hands‑on treatment combined with active rehabilitation tailored to each client's needs.
Our practice offers:
We are committed to delivering personalised care and helping our patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in their health and function.
We are looking for a physiotherapist with strong musculoskeletal knowledge, excellent clinical reasoning, and confident hands‑on treatment skills.
The role is primarily musculoskeletal, with opportunities to develop your own clinical interests and contribute to the continued growth of the practice and our reputation for personalised, high-quality care..
Depending on your qualifications and interests, there are opportunities to incorporate Pilates or women's health into your caseload.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is the core focus of the position.
We are looking for a physiotherapist who enjoys hands‑on treatment and can confidently combine manual therapy with appropriate exercise prescription and active rehabilitation.
Strong hands‑on skills are essential for this role. While we take an active approach to rehabilitation, manual therapy is an important component of our treatment philosophy. This position would not suit someone whose clinical approach focuses exclusively on exercise-based treatment.
If you have Pilates qualifications or an interest in developing your Pilates skills, there is an opportunity to incorporate Pilates‑based rehabilitation into your musculoskeletal caseload using our fully equipped studio.
However, Pilates experience is not essential, and there is no requirement to take on Pilates work if this is not an area of interest.
Optional: Mixed Women's health caseload:
For candidates with women's health experience, there is an opportunity to develop a mixed caseload incorporating musculoskeletal physiotherapy and women's health.
Our women's health caseload is growing, particularly in pre- and postnatal care, and we would welcome someone interested in contributing to this area.
There may also be opportunities to develop pre‑and postnatal Pilates classes or other women's health services in the future, depending on your skills and interests.
Please note that this is not a purely women's health position. Our practice is predominantly musculoskeletal, so strong musculoskeletal knowledge, clinical reasoning, and hands‑on treatment skills remain essential, even for candidates with a women's health background.
This is not an essential part of the role so for purely MSK physios please don't feel this is required. MSK is our main criteria for now.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, clinically capable, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
