JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate Mixologist to join our Chapter & Verse Bar team on a part-time basis. You will craft cocktails, train staff on beverage offerings, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires previous food and beverage service experience, RSA certification, and a positive, can-do attitude. Barista skills and mixology expertise are highly valued for a fast-paced, guest-centric operation.

• Experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
• Positive, can-do attitude and guest-focused service.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mixologist skills and knowledge of cocktails.
