Stride is a leading mental health provider based in Caboolture, Queensland. The Clinician will deliver focused psychological strategies within a community-based service, undertaking assessments, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management and care planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a permanent, part-time role (4 days per week) offering HPSS Level 3 pay (above award) with superannuation, salary packaging up to $15,899, meals and entertainment allowance, and generous leave

Qualifications

• Must have General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse or AASW as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management and care planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management and care planning.
• Coordinate psychosocial interventions across health service networks based on case formulation.
• Collaborate within the multidisciplinary mental health team, and with consumers, families/carers and extended agencies.
