Your Community Health in Australia is seeking a Lymphoedema Therapist to join our medical services team on a 0.4 FTE basis. The role focuses on assessment, treatment and education for clients with lymphoedema, following established guidelines and providing holistic care.

Reporting to the Senior Lymphoedema Therapist, you will work on-site in the Northern Suburbs, with a fixed Thursday on-site day and one additional day to be negotiated.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related discipline.
• Completed Lymphoedema Training Course (at least Level 1, with intention to undertake Level 2).
• Current AHPRA Registration and eligibility for National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality lymphoedema therapy according to ALA guidelines, including assessment, treatment and education.
• Assess comorbidities that may impact lymphoedema treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialist services for multidisciplinary care planning.
• Maintain client records, documentation and reporting.
