Job summary

Orlebar Brown Australia is seeking a Sales Advisor to form long‑lasting relationships with our clients every day and help them to “Holiday Better.” As a true ambassador of the brand, you will reflect our Feel Summer promise in everything you do and wear the OB values with pride.

You will welcome and engage customers, identify needs, tell the OB story, and go the extra mile to ensure availability, sourcing and great service.

Qualifications

• Willing to adapt to training and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-lasting relationships with OB clients daily.
• Welcome and engage customers, reflect 'Feel Summer' values.
• Identify customer needs and answer product questions.
• Capture customer details to expand the OB customer base.
• Maintain store standards and work with team for retail excellence.
• Attend regular training on seasonal product launches.
• Contribute to daily/weekly store reporting with feedback.
• Go the extra mile for availability and sourcing.
• Be a storyteller to bring collections to life.
