Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking team members to support residents with lifestyle and wellbeing services at Our Lady of Loreto Garden, Hamlyn Terrace. The role involves enabling resident choice in activities, assisting in planning and delivering lifestyle services, and creating engaging events that involve the wider community.

The successful candidate will contribute to a compassionate, value-driven environment, work as part of a supportive team, and help maintain safety and respect for residents

Qualifications

• Strong communication and genuine passion for high-quality elder care.
• Ability to engage residents in individual and group activities.
• Commitment to values, kindness and respect for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging resident choice and participation in individual and group activities.
• Assisting in the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services and activities.
• Implementing innovative events and lifestyle activities for residents and, where possible, involving volunteers and residents' families.
