Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Part-time HSE Coordinator to support our Victoria and Tasmania operations. The role is 22.5 hours per week, providing essential HSE leadership and practical advisory support to project teams and leaders.

You will help embed a strong health, safety and environmental culture across a diverse services business. You'll bring a Certificate IV or Diploma in OH&S, Return to Work coordination qualifications or experience, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in OH&S is required.
• Return to Work Coordinator qualifications or experience.
• Experience in HSE roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE systems and programs.
• Provide timely HSE advice to stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist with risk assessments, controls and incident management.
• Monitor HSE performance and support reporting and analysis.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Contribute to risk controls monitoring and knowledge sharing.
• Assist injury, illness and claims management activities.
