Narrandera Shire Council is seeking a part-time Human Resources and Safety Administrator (Job Share) to support HR and WHS functions. The role focuses on recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records, while assisting with safety compliance and incident management.

Working hours are flexible with a minimum of 21 hours per week in a collaborative team environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to community-focused services within a regional council.

Formación

• Experience in HR administration and WHS compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
• Maintain personnel records and HR data in Pulse system.
• Assist with WHS incident tracking, injury management, and workers' compensation claims.
• Support return-to-work programs and RTW planning.
• Collaborate with HR team to promote council values and culture.
