Job summary

Laundy Hotel Group is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Officer for Hunts Hotel Liverpool in NSW. The role covers routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with external contractors to keep guest areas safe and well-presented.

You will respond to maintenance requests, maintain logs, and help ensure the hotel's facilities meet expected standards while working with hotel management to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on approach with basic hand tools.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Organised and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks.
• Identifies problems, troubleshoots faults and finds practical solutions.
• Confident communicating with contractors, suppliers and hotel staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, facilities and grounds.
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe, well-presented environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and maintain logs from start to finish.
• Coordinate external contractors and tradespeople safely and efficiently.
• Maintain overall presentation and functionality of the property, including outdoor areas.
