Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of catering and cleaning services for patients and facilities.
• Undertake cleaning duties including high cleaning and external areas.
• Assist the cook with food preparation and menu planning.
• Deliver meals to patients and residents and collect trays after meals.
• Hold a current NSW driver’s licence and drive for work as required.
• Load/unload the dishwasher and prepare meal trays.
• Launder residents' washing and maintain food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
