Job summary

Children’s Ground Pty is seeking a dynamic Early Childhood Practitioner to work part-time in Alice Springs. This role involves delivering First Nations led education sessions in the community and collaborating with a dedicated team of Arrernte educators.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification and experience in early childhood or a related field. Responsibilities include creating rich and supportive learning environments while respecting the cultural values of the children and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in early childhood, community, developmental, wellbeing, or creative arts settings.
• Ability to drive between sites, and manage packing and unpacking program material.
• A current full driver’s license, First Aid Certificate, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality early years learning and creative arts with Arrernte educators.
• Support, document and monitor individualised learning and development.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver an integrated learning approach.
