TAFE Queensland invites applications for a Teacher, Early Childhood Education and Care, primarily based at Kingaroy Campus. You will deliver on-campus, online and workplace sessions, drawing on extensive industry experience to prepare students for successful careers.

The role is temporary part-time (0.5 FTE) from 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2027, reporting to the Faculty Director, Personal Services, Hospitality and Early Childhood Education and Care.

Competenze

• Mandatory qualification: CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Current industry skills directly relevant to training and assessment.
• Current knowledge of vocational training, learning and assessment.
• Current Queensland Driver’s Licence and Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Proven currency/experience in ECEC and related teaching credentials.

Mansioni

• Deliver lessons in classroom, online or workplace settings.
• Impart extensive industry knowledge to students using diverse delivery methods.
• Contribute to curriculum development and student assessment.
• Support students from diverse backgrounds to succeed in work and study.

Formazione

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50125) or equivalent

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training

TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development

Secondary teaching qualification with TAESS00024/TAESS00011 credentials or equivalent

Higher-level qualification in adult/vocational education
