THE ROLE

This permanent part-time position at our Bundaberg store offers the chance to play an active sales role within our dynamic team. Working 45 hours per fortnight, including some weekends, the role is structured to meet the needs of a growing business.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
