Job summary

Trident Services Australia Pty seeks a friendly Customer Service Operator for Capalaba Central. You will be the welcoming face, assisting customers and supporting daily centre operations in-store and online.

Key duties include guiding visitors, sharing information on locations, services and events, handling enquiries, and assisting with campaigns and admin tasks. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, concierge or call centre experience preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using phones, computers and basic office systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive and professional attitude.
• Provide accurate information regarding store locations, centre services, promotions and events.
• Manage lost property and respond to customer enquiries in person, via phone and online.
• Support centre activities, campaigns and general administrative tasks.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in line with Capalaba Central procedures.
