Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking crew members in Australia to be on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos and assisting with basic food prep. You’ll learn other roles across the team and have exposure to all aspects of running a busy GYG location.

Must be able to work until 1:30 am. Benefits include free uniform, team-building activities and discounted meals, with vibrant cultural celebrations. Experience helps but is not essential; a positive, coachable attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is helpful but not essential.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• Can do attitude and reliability to follow through

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Roll burritos and assist with basic food prep.
• Restock fridges and wipe tables.
