Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking part-time Crew members in Victoria to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role involves taking orders, crafting burritos, restocking fridges, and basic food prep while working as part of a supportive team.

Shifts run from 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm during the week. Benefits include fair pay aligned with the Fast-Food Industry Award, flexible rosters, uniform/merch, heavy meal discounts, comprehensive training, team events, and an uncapped referral program offering

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and provide friendly service.
