Job summary

G8 Education Ltd in Grafton is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare nutritious meals for up to 79 children at Arthur Street Children's Centre on a part-time permanent basis (15 hours per week).

You will plan menus, manage stock, ensure food safety, and work as part of a supportive team. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification and a Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

• Experienced in menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering & control.
• Experienced in dietary and allergy safe requirements.
• Experienced in ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with the relevant Food Safety regulations.
• Be a Team Player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be available for set shift days and times Monday to Friday.
