Job summary

Silver Chain Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Maddington Clinical team on a Permanent Part Time basis. This role involves providing meaningful one-on-one care while supporting clients with wound care, catheter management, and chronic disease support.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, be compassionate, and possess a current AHPRA registration. In addition, you'll benefit from an extensive training program and a range of attractive perks including salary packaging options and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Nurse with multi-skills required.
• Compassion and enthusiasm with a friendly approach.
• Current full Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful one-on-one care in the community.
• Support clients with acute and complex wound care and chronic disease support.

Skills

Strong experience in Wound and Catheter care

Advanced Clinical assessment skills

Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written

Education

Current Registration with the AHPRA

2+ years Post Grad broad experience in general nursing

Current Working with Children’s check
