Job summary

KU Wickham Preschool in Newcastle (NSW) is seeking a dedicated éducateur to join a caring team and support children aged 3–5 across a 10:30am–5:00pm, Mon–Wed schedule. You will be backed by a strong learning culture and opportunities to grow with our KUCas program.

Ideal candidates hold NSW WWCC, a Certificate III, and EYLF knowledge, with CHCPRT025 training and a commitment to child safety.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights confirmed for NSW.
• NSW Working with Children Check current and valid.
• ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification.
• National Child Safety Training certificate completed.
• Completed CHCPRT025 Child Protection training.
• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF).
• Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Permanent, part-time role working 10:30am–5:00pm Mon, Tue and Wed.
• Opportunity to take additional shifts via the KUCas team if interested.
