St John of God Burwood Hospital – Burwood NSW is seeking aPermanent Part Time Chef to join our catering team. This hands-on role involves preparing high-quality meals for patients, visitors and staff while maintaining hygiene and a welcoming dining experience.

You may also assist with functions and step into the Chef Supervisor role when needed. Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with additional opportunities to cover leave and weekends.

Qualificações

• Food Handler Certificate (or equivalent) is required or highly regarded.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Solid understanding of NSW Health food safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality, appetising meals for patients, visitors and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the catering team and for functions as required.
• Opportunity to step into Chef Supervisor position when needed.
• Contribute to training and shifts coverage during leave periods.
