Job summary

Star Aviation is seeking a Cargo Crew team member for part-time shifts at Western Sydney Airport. In a fast-paced freight environment, you will support day-to-day operations, help with cargo handling, loading and unloading, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will need a valid Australian driver's licence, ASIC, and ADA, plus strong English communication and organisational skills to manage schedule pressures and work under supervision.

Qualifications

• Has a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
• Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Airside Driving Authority (ADA).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Ground Handling operations is preferable.
• Solid understanding of the aviation industry.
• Excellent organisation and time management to handle schedule pressures.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic freight handling and operational tasks.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of freight.
• Operate non-airside equipment (non-aircraft AAF only).
• Support higher-level operators in daily operations.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Use basic communication and computer systems.
