You will deliver friendly, professional service across the café and dining areas, taking orders, serving beverages, and contributing to a positive member experience.

The role focuses on accuracy, presentation, and teamwork in a prestigious club setting. Flexible weekends and public holidays are required, with training provided for POS systems, health and safety

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in waiting or café service in restaurants or cafés.
• Barista skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and genuine passion for member experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable with weekend and public holiday availability.
• Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS (training provided).
• Food safety and hygiene certification or willingness to obtain.
• Positive, can-do attitude under pressure.
• Knowledge of golf club culture is advantageous.

• Provide attentive service to members and guests in the café and dining areas.
• Take orders accurately with knowledge of menu items and beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with high presentation standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Operate the café counter and serve beverages to a high standard.
• Process payments using POS and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene per health and safety regulations.
• Respond to member requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Support the broader F&B team during service peaks and events.
• Stock rotation and assist with basic food preparation as required.
• Build positive relationships with regular members to enhance their experience at the Club.
