Job summary

MYER Southland in Melbourne is seeking a Cosmetic Team Leader on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will lead the Beauty Hall team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and uphold brand standards across the cosmetics department.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, and collaborating with brand representatives and store leadership to execute key business strategies.
