Qualifications

• Ability to lead crews and mentor junior technicians.
• Flexibility for after-hours, weekend work, and occasional travel.
• Rigger’s Ticket is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, operation, and removal of AV setups.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless execution.

Skills

Proven experience in audio, lighting, and video system setups

Strong technical expertise in Barco PDS and S3

Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles

GrandMA lighting control systems

Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience

Excellent client-facing communication

High attention to detail
