Job summary

Audika is seeking an experienced audiologist to join our Beecroft clinic in NSW. You will provide adult hearing assessments, prescriptions, fittings and consultations for HSP, DVA, private and insured clients, using leading technology from multiple manufacturers to achieve excellent outcomes.

The role is permanent part-time (3 days/week: Wed–Fri, 9:00 am–5:06 pm) with a competitive renumeration package, profit share, professional development, wellbeing resources and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Audiologist/Audiometrist with clinical experience in hearing services.
• QP qualification and active membership with a recognised audiological peak body.
• Commercial awareness with track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services including assessments and consultations.
• Prescribe suitable hearing aids and fit them to patient needs.
• Participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness of services.
• Provide services to HSP, DVA, private and insured clients.
