Forever New Stores is launching a brand-new Rouse Hill store and seeks a Part Time Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to train, coach and develop staff while achieving sales and wage targets.

You will be responsible for roster management, merchandising, and driving a positive, fashion-forward store atmosphere supporting Forever New’s customer-first values.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience required.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong communicator with focus on customer service.
• Able to execute roster management.
• Previous visual merchandising ability.
• Flexible to late nights, public holidays & weekends.
