Portmans Marion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets and hitting KPI results. This is a Parental Leave Contract, up to 6 months, part-time 25-30 hours per week with weekend/late-night/public holiday availability.

You will coach and develop the team, manage daily operations including stock, visual merchandising and store presentation, and step in for Store Manager duties when required.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members.
• Strong passion for fashion and delivering personalised customer service.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
