Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager for the Shellharbour House store. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences, stepping in during the Store Manager’s absence.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on high standards, team development, and strong store performance. Fortnightly roster and in-store leadership are key aspects of this role.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Shellharbour House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
