Job summary

Robins Kitchen in Sydney’s Menai Marketplace is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You’ll coach and motivate the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards on the shop floor.

As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll step in during absences and uphold KPI targets while delivering a seamless in-store experience for customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Retail leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or similar (2IC)
• Customer-focused with strong commercial sense

This role is for an Assistant Store Manager at our Menai Marketplace store, working a fortnightly rotating roster.
