Job summary

UPS Melbourne is seeking a permanent warehouse associate responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking packages. The role may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team that values reliability, accuracy and safety, with flexible shift availability and opportunities to grow within a Fortune Global 500 logistics leader. Candidates should be able to lift up to 32 kg and read postal codes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Able to read and memorize postal codes.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
• Stores, scans, sorts and ships packages as required.
• May operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment.
