Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with full AHPRA registration (no restrictions).
• Postgraduate experience preferred (3 years).
• Up to date First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills and ability to mentor others.
• Strong ethics, empathy and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical care to residents across defined areas.
• Check medications and undertake rounds as required.
• Conduct resident assessments, care planning and evaluations with proper documentation.
• Engage families and stakeholders and act as a clinical contact when needed.
• Lead and coach Enrolled Nursing and Personal Care staff during shifts.
