Job summary

Reflections Holidays on the NSW Central Coast is seeking hands-on team members for casual morning shifts. You will help with housekeeping across cabins and guest facilities, ensuring clean spaces and a friendly guest experience. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work independently, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Previous hospitality is valued but not required; valid Australian work rights are essential. You must be flexible with mornings 10am–12pm and have access to transport.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for mornings 10am–12pm (school hours may be considered).
• Own transport or reliable transport access.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physically able to perform manual work in all conditions.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Linen changes.
• Cleaning of cabins.
• Cleaning of guest facilities, amenities, laundry & camp kitchen.
• Assisting with stock replenishment.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
• Following work health & safety procedures.
