Aureus Financial is seeking a Paraplanner to bridge technical excellence and practical client outcomes in our Melbourne-based team. You'll craft high-quality Statements of Advice, build financial models, and ensure compliant, clear documentation that supports Wealth Coaches and clients.

You'll enjoy autonomy to optimize workflows, mentor colleagues, and contribute to process improvements while deepening your knowledge of financial planning standards and legislation.

Qualifications

• Have a tertiary qualification in financial planning or similar field.
• Possess solid technical knowledge of legislation and industry standards.
• Are experienced with XPLAN and Google Suite.
• Love the details but never lose sight of the big picture.
• Take pride in producing work that helps clients achieve financial security.

Responsibilities

• Create top-quality Statements of Advice that translate complex strategies into clear guidance.
