You will be involved in the day-to-day work of the practice, supporting lawyers with client communication, file management, legal research, drafting and matter preparation. Our office is conveniently located in Carnegie, just 50 metres from Carnegie Train Station.
We are looking for someone who issmart, personable, dependable, and genuinely interested in Family Law.
Previous legal or Family Law experience will behighly regarded but is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to developing a career in Family Law.
Experience with the Commonwealth Courts Portal, divorce applications, disclosure, court filing, client scheduling, or Family Law file management will be advantageous.
