Job summary

AMA Group is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our national network of repair facilities in Australia. The role involves quality workmanship to return vehicles to pre-accident condition, adhering to OEM standards and the Repair Method, with production bonuses available.

You will need AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent, a minimum of four years’ experience, and own tools. Join a team focused on safety, training, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Panel Beater with AQF Certificate III or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Able to work safely and follow OH&S policies
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Own tools required

Responsibilities

• Check received parts are correct and for defects
• Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet
• Colour mix and match after prep for painting
• Prep, prime and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet
• Repair vehicle per OEM standards and estimates
• Reassemble vehicle
• Coach apprentices as required
• Maintain clean work bay and tools
• Adhere to OH&S policy including PPE
