Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is hiring a Panel Beater for Euro Collision Centre in Southport. You will repair and replace damaged panels, work on a variety of vehicle brands, and contribute to high-quality outcomes in a busy workshop.

We value pride in workmanship, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. A manual driver's license is required, and there are strong opportunities for growth within the Peter Warren Automotive Holdings network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a panel and paint repair workshop.
• Qualified Panel Beater; 3rd/4th year apprentices encouraged.
• Experience as a stripper and fitter.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Confident completing repairs from small to large jobs.
• Team-focused with pride in your work.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Manual driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle repairs and/or maintenance per job cards.
• Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and components.
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by management.
• Perform quality repairs on various vehicle brands.
• Contribute to the effective running of the workshop.

We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater to join the team at Euro Collision Centre at Southport.

About the opportunity:

This role suits someone who values quality, works well in a fast-paced workshop, and takes pride in restoring vehicles to a high standard. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Complete vehicle repairs and/or maintenance in line with job card requirements
• Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and components
• Adhere to and understand all policies and procedures put in place by senior management
• Perform quality repairs on a wide range of vehicle brands
• Contribute to the effective running of the workshop

About you:

Success in this role requires pride in your workmanship, a strong eye for detail, and a practical, hands-on approach to delivering quality repairs. You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience working in a panel and paint repair workshop
• Qualified Panel Beater, with 3rd or 4th year apprentices also encouraged to apply
• Experience as a stripper and fitter
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Confident completing repairs from small jobs through to larger repairs
• A team-focused approach with genuine pride in your work
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Manual driver’s license
