Job summary
Calvary Care is seeking a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to provide high-level clinical expertise within the Palliative Care Service. The role rotates across RACF, Palliative Care HiTH, and CPCT clinics, delivering comprehensive assessments, diagnostics interpretation, and referral skills for complex cases.
You will lead clinical practice development, mentor staff, and contribute to evidence-based service planning, while navigating the palliative care delivery system across acute, sub-acute,
Qualifications
- Current NMBA registration and NP candidacy or master’s entry requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in palliative care or related field.
- Demonstrated high level clinical assessment and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level clinical expertise and assess complex palliative care cases.
- Lead and coordinate care across RACF, HiTH, and CPCT ambulatory clinics.
- Support clinical practice development and policy implementation.
- Mentor staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
