Job summary

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking a Palliative Care Consultant for Bendigo, VIC. The role covers inpatient, consultation liaison, and regional/community care with an on-call rotation of about one in three days.

The candidate should have strong palliative care experience, and preference given to geriatric/rehabilitation medicine background. Accommodation and travel are provided during the contract, with specialist AHPRA registration support.

Qualifications

• Palliative care consultant with inpatient, consultation liaison and community experience.
• Preference for prior geriatric or rehabilitation medicine background.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient palliative care consultations.
• Liaise with community and regional services for patient care.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 3).
