Qualifikationen
- Eligible for or currently completing training with RACP, RACGP, or ACRRM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to a regional multidisciplinary health service.
Aufgaben
- Provide daily ward rounds for primary inpatients and consult service patients.
- Review Community Palliative Care patients admitted under other specialties.
- Perform initial medical assessments for internal referrals and facilitate fast-track admissions from the Emergency Department.
- Maintain documentation of management plans and coordinate care with the Palliative Care Liaison Nurse.
- Mentor Junior Medical Staff and Medical Students.
