Position Summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced Painters and Brushhands for ongoing work in the Rockhampton region.

Requirements
  • Trade Qualification as a Painter (highly regarded) OR experience as a Brushhand
  • Experience in surface preparation, paint application, finishing and minor maintenance
  • Ability to maintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high standard
  • A solid understanding of workplace safety
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 0600-1800, with weekend work when required
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
Responsibilities
  • Painting of offices, crib rooms and general site facilities
  • Preparing surfaces, applying coatings and completing finishing touches
  • Minor maintenance tasks as required
  • General labouring duties
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
