Grant Thornton Australia invites students to apply for our 2027/2028 Vacation Program. Over 4–8 weeks you’ll gain exposure to accounting and advisory work across diverse clients, with mentoring, regular feedback, and a structured learning plan.

This paid opportunity is designed to develop technical skills and commercial acumen, with potential to fast-track into a graduate offer. Eligible are penultimate or final year undergraduates or postgrads who hold valid working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen, a Permanent Resident of Australia, or a visa-holder (subject to conditions).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to real client work and projects with a social/community impact.
• Receive mentoring and regular on-the-job feedback from your assigned buddy and coaching manager.
• Participate in a structured learning program to support the development of your technical skills and commercial acumen.
