Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in and completing units towards a Business/Commerce (or similar) Undergraduate degree.
• Proficient (at least intermediate level) in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding, university events, recruitment activities, and student onboarding.
• Coordinate end-to-end student recruitment processes with HR Business Partners and Recruitment team.Future Talent.
• Oversee induction lifecycle and student surveys, capturing insights for improvements.
• Assist Learning & Development, Recruitment and Employee Experience topics and projects.
