Approaching the end of your Paediatric Medicine training and thinking about your future in private practice?

Specialist Medical & Therapy Solutions (SMTS) is seeking passionate Paediatricians, including newly qualified Fellows and advanced trainees nearing completion of their fellowship, to join our established multidisciplinary specialist practice in one of Sydney's fastest-growing regions.

We offer an opportunity to establish and grow your private paediatric practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.

We understand that the transition from advanced training to independent specialist practice can be challenging. Our experienced team provides the administrative support, mentoring and practice infrastructure to help you build your private practice with confidence.

Whether you’re completing your final year of training, recently achieved Fellowship or are an established Paediatrician seeking additional private consulting opportunities, we welcome your interest.

Applicants must hold, or be on track to obtain, the relevant specialist qualification and specialist registration in Australia before commencing independent specialist practice.
