Job summary

E4 People is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wollongong across community, school and telepractice settings. You will work with children aged 0–19, focusing on vision-related or general paediatric needs, within a family-centred, coaching-based framework.

The role is a full-time, fixed-term position through to July 2027, offering excellent clinical supervision, statewide support, and opportunities to develop specialist knowledge in paediatric OT.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience with children and young people in a family-centred context.
• Experience or familiarity with the NDIS.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric occupational therapy services across family homes, schools, clinics and community settings.
• Utilise telepractice with a structured model for online service delivery.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, schools and other professionals to tailor goals and therapy plans.
• Support children and young people to build skills for independence and participation.
• Work within a transdisciplinary team with access to statewide OT support.
