Job summary

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist for a non-profit provider in Sydney. The role combines clinic work with school-based programs and telehealth reporting, offering strong supervision and professional development opportunities.

You will assess, diagnose and treat children aged 2–18, work with families and educators, and participate in peer supervision within a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid work and salary packaging enhance take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Required: Speech Pathology degree and SPA membership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Must have unrestricted Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based paediatric speech pathology services across clinic and school settings.
• Conduct screening, assessment, diagnosis and intervention for children aged 2–18.
• Support school communities with consultations, demonstrations and professional learning.
• Collaborate with families, educators and other clinicians to set functional goals.
• Participate in peer supervision and regular feedback with senior clinicians.
• Balance clinic sessions with work in partner schools and telehealth reporting.
