Qualifications

• Structured onboarding programme in paediatric clinic.
• Shadowing and gradual caseload build for new clinicians.
• Fortnightly or monthly supervision and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Clinic-based paediatric caseload.
• Handle a variety of presentations across speech, language, and communication.
• Maintain a steady caseload with consistent referral streams.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
