Berry Street Yooralla in Melbourne's western region is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist (Paediatric) for a permanent part-time or full-time role delivering client-centred therapy to children with disabilities across home, school and community settings.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, with flexible hybrid arrangements, supervision, professional development, and a supportive environment that values growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• Experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence.
• IT competence with client management platforms.
• Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessment of communication or swallowing in home or community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
• Deliver therapy at home, in educational/vocational settings, or the community; mileage claimed within NDIS cap.
• Support child and family to achieve clinical goals within their community.
